Lanterns for Matarki

Last term room 11 made some lanterns.
First, we cut out four bits of cardboard.
Then cut a window inside the cardboard.
After we drew a design.
I drew a star.
Then we stuck our design on the card board.
Next we hole punched about 8 holes on each long side.
After that we threaded string through the holes.
We made a bottom for an electric candle.
Afterwards we made a handle with ribbon.
Finally we put a candle inside.

    I am very impressed with your lantern, Joshua. I know that you enjoyed making it in class. I never knew that you could buy electric candles!
