In class Mr Forsyth has been drawing the outline of us by shining a projector on the class one at a time. He has been lightly drawing around us with a pencil.
After he had finished drawing the outline of each of us, we had to cover our desks in news paper and put our portrait on them. Mr Forsyth gave each table group a tub of crayons and we started coloring in our portraits. We could use whatever color and whatever pattern we wanted to use.
After we had colored in our portrait we were ready to paint over our coloring. We sat at a table and Mr Forsyth lay out a big black sheet and Stella and I started to paint over our picture in black paint.
After, we put our picture outside and put some stones on it to stop it from blowing away. While it was drying we typed up our biographies on the computer.
When it was dry we cut around the outline of our portrait. Using the tip of a paint brush we started scraping of the black paint into whatever shape we wanted it to be. I chose stars..
